Since we launched Yottled in June, we’ve heard loud and clear from our customers that they want a way to easily set up and create membership programs. Our coaches need the flexibility to provide any type of membership program or package, with the simplicity and elegance that they’ve grown used to with Yottled.
With Yottled, you can now create monthly memberships for your clients, all from your phone or laptop. You set the price, the terms, and the number of classes or private sessions. Yottled handles all of the hassle so you can look professional and run your business.

Everyone has their own concept of a membership and package. We’ve provided a way for you to create unlimited, weekly, and monthly limits on your classes and private sessions. All of the details are then automatically taken care of including automated monthly client billing, creating an exclusive client management portal, and facilitating all of the tracking overhead. Setting up a Membership
First, you can have as many Memberships as necessary to run your business. If that’s one or 100, we’ll take care of everything for you to make sure it’s simple and delightful for your customer. Let’s take a look at how to get a membership up and running.
We walk you through every step of the membership building process, showing you what your client will see, right as you build your plan. You get to:
- Name your plan
- Set how many classes per week or per month, including an unlimited option
- Set how many private one on one sessions per week or per month, including an unlimited option
- Set your price
- Provide a description of the plan
Once you have set all of those options, Yottled handles the rest. We’ll put a banner on your page encouraging your clients to purchase your plans and then walk the clients through the checkout flow, along with keep track of their class and private session usage.
What the client sees
When your client purchases a membership, they get their own, exclusive client membership portal. They will be able to see you as a coach and their membership plan details. In addition, your client will be able to see all of their invoices that they have paid to you, manage their plan, and register for their classes and private sessions per their Membership plan details.
As soon as your client signs up for a membership, they are billed immediately and continue to be billed on a monthly basis until they cancel. Yottled has removed the hassle of chasing payments and automated your monthly revenue with the flexibility, simplicity, and features you need to run your business.

How it all works
As a coach, you continue to set class and private session prices for your clients as normal. As an example, here is a class that is priced at $20.
Non-members pay a one time fee of $20 to join this class. It’s a “drop in price”. However, all of my members can register for this class for free, as long as they still have credits left in their weekly or monthly limits. In addition, they don’t have to put in credit card or email information since they’re a member.
